This app has been developed by Resilio to support families and promote Hope. How many times do we use the word “Hope”? We find ourselves saying it more when we or those around us are going through a difficult time. This app has been designed with 12 easy interactive sessions for you to work through with your family. Each session will take you and your family on a journey to group Hope together.
Hope is “the belief that the future will be better than the past, along with the belief that you have the power to make it so” (Dr Shane Lopez).
