Déan cócaireacht/bácáil do do chlann.

Cuir scairt ghutháin ar dhuine atá ina chónaí leo féin

Cuir teachtaireacht chuig duine nach raibh tú i dteagmháil leo le tamall.

Déan rud duit féin – gabh amach ag siúl/ ag bácáil nó ag péinteáil!

This week we are raising awareness of mental health.

The theme is kindness.

Here are some ideas:

Cook/bake for your friends/family.

Phone someone who lives by themselves.

Send someone a message who you haven't been in contact with recently.

Do something for yourself - walk, bake or paint!
